Built in 1869, this four-story stone building on the banks of the Kalamazoo River was once the largest buckwheat flour mill in the country. Today it stands as a proud landmark, listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
We’ve honored the building’s industrial heritage while transforming it into a warm, welcoming brewpub where great craft beer meets a scratch-made kitchen. Every pint is brewed in-house, and every plate is made from fresh ingredients.
